How long can you rent clothing items for?
Standard rental is 4 days (included in your rental price). There is an optional 8 day rental if you need your pieces for longer. We also offer discounted rates for longer needed periods.
What happens if I damage a rental item?
For 8$ insurance, you are covered for any minor damages to your rental.
Do you only carry evening wear?
We carry outfits for ANY occasion. Whether you’re looking for a corporate outfit (suiting), pieces for travel, or an event — we have it all!
How often do you get new inventory?
We aim to get in new pieces every few weeks. We are always on the hunt for unique styles that are exclusive to us so always check back if you’re looking for something specific.
Is all of your inventory online?
No, we have 300+ outfits in our showroom, and while we are working hard at getting all products online, our full selection is available to see at our showroom during your complimentary styling appointment.
Do you do alterations?
We are able to offer certain alterations through our in-house seamstress. This depends on the style of dress and if it can be temporarily altered. A customer cannot get alterations done themselves on our pieces.
Is dry cleaning covered?
Yes. We ask that you return your outfit unwashed as we take care of the dry cleaning.
What sizes do you carry?
We carry sizes from XS to 3XL or size 2 to 20. We are always looking for pieces that are size inclusive, but we do not carry every size in every style.

We are a full-service styling agency -whether you are looking for a closet refresh, help with personal shopping, or finding your personal style, you can hire a professional stylist as part of our additional services offered.
